Terms of Service

Crystal Solar Solutions (“Crystal Solar”, “we”, “us”) provides rooftop-solar design, supply, installation, commissioning, KSEB net-metering support, PM Surya Ghar subsidy assistance and after-sales service in and around Kollam, Kerala.

Savings figures from our online calculator, and any preliminary estimates, are indicative only. They depend on your roof, shading, consumption, applicable tariffs and subsidy rules, and are not a binding offer. A binding scope and price is provided only in a written proposal issued after a site survey, and remains valid for the period stated in that proposal.

• An engagement begins when you accept a written proposal and pay any agreed advance.
• Prices, payment milestones and timelines are set out in the proposal/agreement.
• Applicable taxes (including GST) are charged as per law.
• Timelines may be affected by KSEB/DISCOM approvals, subsidy processing, weather and material availability.

We assist with PM Surya Ghar (Muft Bijli Yojana) subsidy claims — currently up to ₹78,000 for eligible residential systems — and KSEB net-metering applications. Subsidy amounts, eligibility and approvals are determined solely by the Government of India and KSEB/the DISCOM. We do not guarantee the grant, amount or timing of any subsidy or net-metering approval, and our fees are not contingent on it unless expressly agreed.

• We install Tier-1 solar panels carrying their manufacturer's standard performance and product warranty.
• Inverters carry up to a 10-year warranty as per the manufacturer and the terms in your proposal.
• Mounting structures are designed to be wind- and rain-resistant for typical Kerala coastal conditions.
• Component warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their terms; our workmanship warranty is as stated in your agreement.

Eligible installations include a 5-year free Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covering periodic inspection and support as described in your agreement. The AMC does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, theft, or force-majeure events. Service requests can be raised through your dashboard or the contact numbers below.

• Provide accurate information, valid KYC documents and lawful access to the installation site.
• Ensure you have the right/authority to install solar equipment on the property.
• Keep the system free from unauthorised modification and follow safe-operation guidance.
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule.

To the extent permitted by law, Crystal Solar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for energy-generation/savings shortfalls arising from factors beyond our control (such as weather, grid outages, tariff changes, shading or changes in your consumption). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kollam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights you may have.
